Create triggered voucher campaign

The triggered voucher is mainly configurable in the same way as the standard voucher, with just some small differences.

First, make sure to select "Triggered campaign" as the campaign type.

Issuance

This section controls the limits and conditions of voucher allocations.

Validity period of voucher – how many days the voucher is available for the user after it was allocated. If not specified, the voucher will be available until the campaign end date.

Voucher issuance limit - if set to "1," only one voucher will be assigned to a user, even if the trigger job or campaign tries to do it multiple times. Additional fields will appear if the issuance limit is set to 2 or more.

Time between vouchers issued – controls how often can a user get a voucher. Different timeframes can be selected: days, weeks, months, or years. For example, for a daily voucher, this should be 1 per year.

Define Chain(s) or Store(s) – select where the voucher should be applicable. If no store is selected, the voucher will be applicable in any store and chain.

Stores(s) defined by Orchestration – if this is selected, then in Lobyco Orchestration there should be a segmentation enrichment with Member Store or Preferred Store.

The other fields remain the same as in a standard voucher. There is no segmentation section for triggered vouchers.

💡Segmented campaign hint

Even though this operations manual is specific to Vouchers and does not cover the Orchestration tool and configurations, here is a quick tip on how to connect a Triggered Voucher to a Segmented Campaign.

The only thing that needs to be done is to select the Channel as Voucher and select the Triggered Voucher campaign from the list.

You will end up with a Member segment having a Voucher Channel as output.
