Create voucher

Vouchers, like other promotional activities, can only be created within an active Campaign, which serves as a container for activities. If you do not yet have a campaign, see the guide on how to create a Campaign. In order to create a new voucher, follow these steps:

  1. Create a campaign for a voucher image.png
  2. Open the campaign and click Add activity button. image.png A list of available activity types will appear image.png
  3. Since vouchers are a type of Offer activity, select Offer to begin creating a new standard voucher. image.png
  4. The voucher creation page will open, displaying the full voucher structure.
  5. Complete each section by entering the required information in the corresponding fields.

For the Voucher creation steps, follow Create Offer. Remember that Type of the offer type should be Voucher - Standard or Voucher - Triggered.

Voucher - Stanndard - vouchers are allocated from the start of the campaign to a specific list of users, or all users. Voucher - Triggered - vouchers are dynamically allocated by a dynamic trigger or job that allocates vouchers to users based on their data or behavior (e.g., Birthday voucher, High-spender voucher, New user voucher, etc.).
