Preferred store prompt

Preferred Store Prompt can be created only as a part of Orchestration campaign because it depends on a segment of members which were enriched with the suggested store id.

  1. Add and configure new Orchestration campaign with Preferred Store Prompt

  1. Drag and Drop Member Segment block

    • Used for segmenting members based on the number of consecutive visits in a non-preferred store
    • Only the resulting member segment after the filtering will receive the Preferred Store Prompt

    • By double clicking on the Member segment block the configuration page is opened. Save segment after all segmentation rules are added.

  2. Drag and Drop Enrich block

    • Used for enriching resulted members with additional information.

    • Open elements menu by clicking Add elements button and choose the Suggested Store Id, which is a mandatory input for Preferred Store Prompt, and any additional fields to be displayed on the prompt content.

  3. Drag and Drop Prompt block

    • Set Prompt details: Name, Background color and Analytics identifier

    • Set Type to PreferredStore and Select field with suggested store id to Purchase - Suggested Store Id

    • Configure Message content by describing the decision to change the preferred store using the enriched fields. After execution of Orchestration campaign all values in { } will be replaced with actual data. Also, in Body text you can apply styles to your text using top bar style menu.

    • Select a field by writing { in the Body text area

    • Configure button texts for approve and decline to reflect the prompted decision. (e.g. Change preferred store and Don't change)

    • Schedule Preferred Prompt:

      • Start date – date starting from which Prompt will be shown to Member(s) after execution of Orchestration Campaign
      • End date - date starting from which Prompt will not be shown to Member(s) after execution of Orchestration Campaign(Please note that if your Orchestration campaign runs faster than end date of Prompt campaign, it will update the list of members, causing this prompt to disappear for members before the Prompt campaign end date.)
    • Save Prompt

  4. Save and execute Orchestration campaign with Preferred Store Prompt

  • Save
    • Only saves the campaign. The execution has to be triggered manually or to be scheduled

  • Save & Execute

    • Saves the campaign and triggers the execution once

    • Progress of campaign execution is opened after triggering the execution of the campaign

  • Create new run

    • Input Job Name, Regular Job Type, Frequency, Start and End Date/ No End date for limitless execution.
    • Validate job configuration through Next runs
    • Please note: Schedule the job start times after 7 am local time due to the deduplication function running. Running the campaign earlier could result in the same users receiving it again, as the data about users who have already received the prompt is not updated in the DWH. Additionally, consider scheduling the campaign with an understanding of the approximate time customers spend to reach the needed number of visits.

    • After the campaign is executed, the prompt is saved and can be found in the Prompts Admin in read only mode. Go to source button opened the Orchestration campaign in a new tab.

    • After execution all blocks can be updated from the Orchestration canvas.
    • Stop the campaign executions by deleting the scheduled run. A delete button will appear when hovering over the scheduled run

  • Use Remove button for Orchestration Campaign in Orchestration Campaigns Admin to Remove Orchestration Campaign with all scheduled runs which will create Prompts any time needed

  • Mobile Representation of Preferred Store Prompt

  • Click on Change the preferred store button changes Preferred Store of Member from current to suggested.
    • Member is redirected to Home page.
    • Member will not see this Prompt again until Orchestration Campaign will run again and Member will again have more then the configured consecutive visits to non-preferred Store.
  • Click on Don't change button rejects changing of Preferred Store.
    • The preferred store remains the same as before Prompt appearance.
    • Member is redirected to Home page.
    • Member will not see this Prompt again until Orchestration Campaign will run again and Member will again have more then the configured consecutive visits to non-preferred Store.
  • Click on Close button will postpone decision.
    • Prompt will appear again to Member after a configured period of time (system configuration, e.g. 24 hours) or after Member will do relogin.
