Campaign views

After a campaign is created, you can work with it through different views, depending on what you want to do.

All views represent the same campaign. Switching views does not create new campaigns or duplicate data. Each view focuses on a specific aspect of working with an existing campaign.

List view

The list view provides an overview of all campaigns you have access to.

Use this view to:

  • find and open campaigns
  • review campaign status and dates
  • manage permissions
  • copy or delete campaigns
  • add and configure activities that run independently

In list view, you can create and configure activities such as games, banners, or feed items with defined start and end dates. This works well when activities do not need targeting, scheduling, or event-based logic.

This view is best suited for day-to-day management and for setting up standalone activities.

Calendar view

The calendar view shows campaigns and their activities over time. The activities are color-coded for each activity type, and the draft status is marked with a striped pattern.

Use this view to:

  • plan activities across weeks or months
  • see when activities are running
  • identify overlaps or conflicts
  • coordinate work across teams

The calendar view focuses on timing. It shows when activities start and end, rather than how they are connected or targeted.

This view is best suited for planning, coordination, and alignment with a promotions or communications calendar.

Orchestration view

The orchestration view displays the full campaign logic on a canvas.

Use this view when you want to:

  • connect activities to specific member segments
  • schedule campaigns to run repeatedly
  • trigger activities based on events
  • combine multiple activities into a coordinated journey

When you add or open an activity on the canvas, the activity configuration is the same as in list view. The difference is how the activity is connected, targeted, and activated.

The orchestration view provides the most detailed representation of how a campaign works.

Switching between views

You can switch between list, calendar, and orchestration views at campaign level at any time.

All changes are applied to the same campaign and are reflected in the other views.

When to use which view

As a general guideline:

  • use list view to manage campaigns and set up standalone activities
  • use calendar view to plan timing and avoid conflicts
  • use orchestration view when activities need targeting, scheduling, or triggers

Most users switch between views as they work, depending on what they need to do next.

Filter campaigns and activities

The List and Calendar views include filters to help you find campaigns and activities more easily. Screenshot 2026-04-14 at 14.29.14.png

You can filter by:

  • campaign or activity name
  • start and end date
  • activity status (Active, Scheduled, Draft, Expired)
  • activity type (promotion, offer, or communication)
  • campaign author
  • activity templates only
  • campaign templates only

Filters can be combined, and the list updates automatically as filters are applied. Selected filters are saved and will still be applied when you return to the platform.
