1. Prompt details

1. Name

   • Enter a recognizable name for your prompt (e.g., ConsentForPushNotifications).
   • Maximum size: 100 characters

2. Background color:

   • Set the background color for the prompt using the color picker (e.g., #E8E8E8).

3. Analytics Identifier:

   • Add a unique identifier to track analytics (e.g., Prompt-identifier-3231-231).
   • Maximum size: 300 characters

4. Type:

   • Choose Regular from the dropdown menu.

2. Message content

1. Added Image

   • Upload a visual asset to make your prompt more engaging.
   • Only one file is allowed. Accepted formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .svg, .bmp, .gif.
   • Maximum size: depending on system configuration(e.g. 10MB)
   • Click Change file to replace the image.
   • The uploaded image is displayed in a standard size.

2. Headline Text

   • This is the main title of your prompt.
   • Maximum size: 60 characters
   • Appears prominently at the top under the image

3. Body Text

   • Add detailed supporting information or explanation for the prompt.
   • Rich-text options are available (bold, italic, lists, links, etc.).

   • Include links, tables and images using the options from the contextual menu.

     

     

   • Maximum size: 5000 characters. The 5000-character limit applies to the total rendered content, including characters added by formatting (bold, italic, list markers) and link markup. Image URLs inserted via the image tool also count towards this limit.

4. Approve Button Text

   • This is the call-to-action shown on the primary button (e.g., Accept, Continue, Enable).
   • Maximum size: 255 characters

5. Approve Button Action

   • In-app navigation: Choose a destination screen within your app
   • Navigate to external URL: Optionally, send users to a specific external website by adding the external URL.

6. Decline Button Text

   • This label appears on the secondary button (e.g., Decline, Not now).
   • Maximum size: 255 characters

3. Segmentation

1. All

   • Send prompt to all members.

2. Audience

   • Send prompt to specific audience segments.
   • When this option is chosen, additional settings appear to define the targeted audience.

3. Select Audience Name

   • Some customers have integration with Audience Service that allows the management of Member Segments in one centralized place and reuse throughout the other promotion and communication sections.
   • Specify the audience segment to target.

4. Select from list

   • Select from list of predefined segments brings up a pop-up where all predefined audiences are listed. Based on the name and description the needed Audience can be selected as a target for this prompt activity.

5. Create new audience

   • Create a new audience segment if the desired segment does not already exist.

6. Select Snapshots

   • Target specific snapshots of audience data.

4. Schedule

1. Start date

   • Local Date and time from which the prompt will be displayed in the app
   • Date and time must be set to a future value.

2. End date

   • Local Date and time until which the prompt will be displayed in the app
   • Date and time must be set to a future value and has to be after the start date

5. Save as draft or Schedule Prompt

1. Save as draft
   • The prompt is saved as draft and it's not displayed until it's published, regardless of the availability period set trough start and end dates. Draft prompts can be updated.
2. Schedule
   • The prompt is published and it will be displayed in the app based on the availability period set trough start and end dates. Published prompts can be updated only before start date.
3. Close
   • All changes are discarded, the prompt or the updates on a prompt are not saved.
