Create Partner Benefit Feeds

1. Feed type : Partner Benefit

2. Content type: Content type refers only to the media content from Feed card details. Feed card contains always an image.

  1. Display priority
    • Optional with client specific default value (e.g. 3)
    • Feed are ranked based on: priority and publish date. It means that feeds with the highest priority and most recent publish date are shown first in the row of feeds. The priority is applied within the same Feed type.
  2. Image
    • Required
    • Allowed upload file formats are: .png, .jpeg, .jpg. Maximum size: less than 2 MB.
    • Image ratio must be 2:1.
    • Add an Image URL or upload an Image to be displayed in the Feed card
  3. Title
    • Required
    • Maximum size: 12 characters
  4. Subtitle
    • Required
    • Maximum size: 12 characters

3. Feed card details

  1. Category
    • Required
    • Choose a category from a predefined list.
    • Category is used for filtering the feeds in the mobile app.
  2. Brand logo
    • Required when Content type is Image
    • Allowed file formats are: .png, .jpeg, .jpg. Maximum size: less than 2 MB.
    • Upload logo image which will be displayed over the Details image.
  3. Details image
    • Required
    • Allowed file formats are: .png, .jpeg, .jpg. Maximum size: less than 2 MB.
    • Add an Image URL or upload an Image to be displayed when the Feed card details view is opened.
  4. Video thumbnail
    • Visible if Content type is Video
    • Required
    • Allowed file formats are: .png, .jpeg, .jpg. Maximum size: less than 2 MB.
    • Image to be displayed as the video cover.
  5. Video / Video URL
    • Visible if Content type is Video
    • Required
    • Single file upload. Allowed files are .mp4, .mov, .avi, .qt. Maximum size: less than 30 MB.
    • Add a Video URL or upload a Video to be displayed when the Feed card details view is opened.

  6. Details content

    • Required
    • Input feed card details using the rich text editor

  7. T&C content

    • Optional
    • The Terms and Conditions content will be opened by clicking on the link "Read terms & conditions"

  8. Discount code

    • Optional
    • If BarCode type is selected, the input has to be a valid UPC-A barcode (11 digits + 1 valid check digit)

    • Discount code will be displayed depending on the type selected.

  9. Button text

    • Optional
    • Maximum size: 32 characters.
    • Displayed on the last position of the Feed card details.

  10. External URL

    • Required if Button text has value
    • The input value must be a valid URL
    • User will be redirected to configured External URL when pressing on the button.

  11. Available from start date

    • Optional
    • Feed card and Feed card details will be displayed as teaser in the period between the activity Start Date and Available from start date

5. Schedule

  1. Start date
    • Local Date and time from which the feed will be displayed in the app
  2. End date
    • Local Date and time until which the feed will be displayed in the app
    • Date and time must be set to a future value and has to be after the start date
